Faulty CD’s will be replaced upon return and testing of faulty CD.
CD’s damaged in transit will be replaced upon return of the damaged stock.
Australia - Surface Mail
Standard delivery for Australian orders is by Australia Post surface mail and generally takes 2-5 business days to deliver your parcel. Should your parcel not be delivered within this time frame, please check thoroughly with your local post office.
All orders received by 1:00pm W.S.T Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 1:00pm will be shipped on the following business day.
International - Delivery Times
International orders will be shipped by Australian Air Mail with delivery times averaging between 5-14 days. Occasionally international mail may experience delays as thousands of items go through the mail system daily and can be subject to being mis-sorted and/or mis-directed. Unfortunately these delays are beyond our control. We must allow at least 5 - 6 weeks before we can order an investigation for any late delivery.
